Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At PoojaPaath, our products are selected and handled with deep respect for their sacred purpose. Due to the auspicious nature, religious sanctity, hygiene requirements, and ritual use of pooja items, all purchases are generally considered final sale.

No Returns on Pooja and Sacred Items

For religious, hygienic, and spiritual-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pooja samagri, sacred articles, consumable products, or items intended for worship or ritual use.

This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products that have not been previously used, handled during worship, or exposed to unknown conditions.

Selected Items Eligible for Store Credit

Certain selected products may be eligible for return for store credit, subject to approval and the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• The product must be completely unused, unopened, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, labels, accessories, and components must be included.

• The product must be safely returned to and successfully received by PoojaPaath.

• The customer may be responsible for return-shipping costs.

• Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Eligibility is determined by PoojaPaath and conditions apply.

No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be issued unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your parcel arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

To assess your request, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged product

• Photographs of the inner and outer packaging

• A photograph of the shipping label

• An unpacking video, if available

Please keep the product and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Depending on product availability and claim approval, PoojaPaath may offer a replacement or store credit.

Any approved resolution may be subject to the successful return of the product in unused condition. Claims submitted after 7 calendar days may not be accepted.

Final-Sale and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, whether purchased online or in-store:

• Pooja samagri, sacred articles, and ritual-use products

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Fresh flowers, garlands, food, and other perishable products

• Gift cards

• Products marked “Final Sale”

• Clearance or discounted products identified as final sale

• Opened, used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged products

• Products without their original packaging, labels, or accessories

• Personal-care, hygiene-sensitive, or consumable products

Shipping Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

PoojaPaath is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the shipment is subject to the carrier’s delivery process and policies. PoojaPaath is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a complete and accurate delivery address

• Monitoring tracking updates

• Ensuring that someone is available to receive the package

• Selecting a secure delivery location

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with a carrier investigation, but replacement or store credit is not guaranteed.

Store Credit Processing

Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, store credit will normally be issued within 10 business days.

Store credit:

• May be used toward a future PoojaPaath purchase

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Cannot be transferred unless approved by PoojaPaath

• Does not include original shipping or return-shipping charges

If more than 15 business days have passed since your store credit was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
