Poojapaath Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Poojapaath, every order is packed with care, respect, and devotion. We strive to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us (contact@poojapaath.ca) with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

• A replacement item (subject to availability), or
• Store credit equal to the value of the affected product.

Store Credit

Approved store credit:

• Never expires.
• Can be used on any future purchase at www.poojapaath.ca.
• Will be issued after the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene, product integrity, and the sanctity of devotional items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or accidental purchases.
• Opened or used products.
• Incense, dhoop, camphor, oils, kumkum, sindoor, chandan, or other consumable puja items.
• Fresh flowers, garlands, prasad, or other perishable products.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products that have been used for worship or have damaged/opened packaging.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by PoojaPaath.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or store credit.

Customer Satisfaction
